As a graduate intern with the Southwest Environmental Health Sciences Center (SWEHSC) at the University of Arizona, Javier is dedicated to addressing environmental health challenges that impact our communities.

Understand how PFAS, pesticides, and climate change impact chronic diseases like cancer, respiratory issues, and heart conditions.
Learn strategies for CHWs, CHRs, and Promotores to educate communities on reducing exposure.
