Jazmine Bahena, LMSW
Jazmine is the Community Outreach and Engagement Manager at Cancer Support Community Arizona. With a background in social work, Jazmine is dedicated to increasing access to supportive care resources for individuals and families impacted by cancer. She previously served as a Hospital Navigator at Cancer Support Community, where she provided resource navigation and support services to the cancer community, with a focus on Spanish-speaking and uninsured populations. Her work centers on reducing barriers to care, advancing health equity, and strengthening community partnerships.
